I normally run in the morning on an empty stomach but DH has been leaving for work too early so I'm having to run early evening. The problem is I'm not going to the toilet after lunch and then 10/15 mins in to my run, desperate to go and either have to come back or on a couple of occasions dart into a nearby field which is far from ideal [shock][blush]! I've stopped eating bread for lunch (this always bungs me up a bit anyway), no more snacking mid-afternoon and upped my water consumption but nothing seems to get my bowels moving except a bloody run [envy]. Any suggestions?
