Just made the mistake of going on one of those weight/body fat analysers in Boots.
I've never actually been in better shape. I eat ok (certainly not dieting but limit the bad stuff too), do a few HIIT classes each week and lift weights- I've never felt stronger or better than I do now.
The good news is my BMI of 20, the bad news is my body fat of 32% which puts me in the 'average' range. Thing is, I have a very small frame- toned arms, flat and defined tummy, but a big lardy bum that I've never been able to sort out! I knew it was disproportionate to the rest of me but this is ridiculous!
Has anyone, ever, been able to spot reduce fat from one area with any success whatsoever?
