Anyone know which is secure and won't bounce around? I don't want a bum bag as it'll irritate me jiggling around.
What do gym instructors use as theirs don't seem to jiggle much

Thanks Pickle. You've triggered my curiosity...what kind of gel?

I find the SIS ones bearable. The Apple flavour I think is nicest but none are brilliant.

Running really upsets my stomach and I found I could just tolerate those ones. Although was using Tailwind electrolyte drink while I was training for a marathon (that I didn't do in the end because I knackered my knee) and it was really nice and didn't upset my stomach at all.

My dh bought a flip belt - the one without the zipped pockets. His phone fell out whilst running and smashedSad

Doje
I've been looking on Amazon at the cheaper versions of flipbelts, which did you get?

Doje · 06/08/2017 09:47

@allpizzasgreatandsmall, I got a Moko one. It suits me just fine. There's no zips keeping things in which could be a problem, but I just take out my phone and keys (there's a thing that holds your keys safe). Just a note though, it sits on your waist under your clothes. Again, not a problem for me, but the flip belt seems to sit outside your clothes and on the hips.
