Is anyone here involved with Goodgym? I think it's a fantastic idea, and ticks a lot of boxes for me (trying to get fitter, want to be more active in community, make new friends, etc)
But I'm a bit anxious about whether I will be able to hack it! How hard are the workouts? I don't want to humiliate myself!
I go to aerobics 1 or 2 times a week but I've never been able to stick to running. I tried couch to 5k a few years ago and made it about half way through, to my shame. Running always makes me feel like I'm dying, though I can Zumba etc for hours. I'd love to be one of those zen runners who get all the endorphins!
Are the starter sessions really, really for beginners or will I end up a sweaty tomato abandoned in a hedgerow?
