I think it's probably just a forearm strain but I have pain mainly in my forearm, less in my elbow and least in my wrist. Gripping causes pain in all three. I think it was triggered by lifting hand weights (6kg) in shoulder presses which I've obviously stopped but since it's my dominant arm, even a week of rest hasn't helped much. My physio is away and won't be back til I'm away so I'm trying to work out if I need to find someone else in the meantime.
