What tops do you wear at the gym?

just that really.

Most people at my gym wear vest tops but I'm a bit self conscious about my arms. Just wondering what everyone else is wearing.

I've got a couple of running t-shirts, with normal T-shirt sleeves.

That's what I wear at the moment, but I seem to be in minorty, and I couldn't see any when shopping yesterday.

T-shirts. Often from primark.

Tight ones for yoga.
Baggy ones for gym / pump / circuit.

I wouldn't worry about what anyone else wears, you just need to feel comfortable.

H&M normally have some t shirt ones in, as do sport shops and a lot of the supermarket exercise ranges - I have issues with sleeveless tops so that's where I get mine from! I only wear them for cardio though, for weights I wear baggy t shirts.

Thanks. The ones I found in sports shops were quite fitted with capped sleeves. I don't mind the fitted part but the capped sleeves just show my arms as much. I'll loook in H&M.
