So I've started the Davina's 30 day fat burn DVD this week. I've never done an exercise DVD before. I started running once a week about 6 weeks ago but don't think it's enough and I can't get out anymore. I'm a single mum with a 2 yr old dd and I work part time.
Has anyone done this one? Or would anyone care to join me? I really like the mapped out schedule and specific exercises. It gives me something to stick to. And I know she's not for everyone but I love davina.
So I'm in the first week and I've gotta say I'm feeling good for it. The workouts are hard and really get you sweating. But I like that as it makes me feel like it's working.
I don't weigh myself but am currently a size 16-18 and 5'5.
So come and join me for support and to give each other a kick up the ass if we need it!
