Right now I'm running between 5 - 7k a couple of times a week, but I have run 10k+ regularly over the last year.
I have signed up to a half marathon in September. I've never run that far but I'm confident I can.
Can you recommend a good programme to follow that will get me there? Ideally I'd like something that includes strength work in the programme, but I don't know if such a thing exists.
