Did the Insanity Fit test this morning....

Have come to the conclusion I'm not fit at all!
Desperate to do some toning, after losing 5 stone of weight.
How often should I be doing insanity, without hurting myself in the process? Thanks!

Insanity comes with a schedule, if you haven't got it it is easy to google. To be honest Shaun T originally launched Insanity for people with a reasonable level of fitness, then followed up with T25 and 30Max which have modifiers for beginners. I was a regular runner when I did my first round and found it fairly gruelling until my fitness shot though the roof! Have you considered something like Fitnessblender.com or Jillian Michaels to start with before tackling Insanity?

DH actually walked in with the schedule tonight, bless him!
I have done 30 day shred, but wanted something different. I completed the first circuit today, but had to modify some of the exercise to the JM ones, as I have no arm strength at the moment...
