How to get back on it

This time last year I was exercising 4 times a week, just completed C25K and at 50 was in the best shape I had ever been. Fast forward twelve months and I am doing no exercise at all, have put on at least a stone and generally feel rubbish, all the clothes I bought last year are either too tight or just look terrible. I need to find the motivation to get going again but just don't know how to find it.. The problem is last year I was in total mid-life crisis mode, in an unhappy relationship etc, now I am loved up and content with new partner (too many meals out and nights in the pub). I need a virtual kick up the arse to get me back on track again.

Sign up for a 5 or 10k race and get people you know to sponsor you? Will give you a target and accountability.

Being loved up with new man sounds really good, though! Enjoy ❤️Smile
