Hi. I'm a fairly active person. I exercise about 6 times per week between 30-45 minutes and a mix of spin, swimming circuits and dvds at home such as t25/ Jillian micheals. I'm thinking about entering tough muddier or an equivalent to push myself but just wanted a bit of advice on what training others have done in preparation for events like this? Are there any exercise or diet tips anyone could share and what level of fitness would you aim to be at to complete something like this?
