Hi all

I'm probably getting ahead of myself, but here goes!

I'm doing C25K and have signed up for a 10K run in the autumn. I've got decent trainers, sports bras and leggings but my tops seem to ride up and I don't know what to do with my phone (which I use for Spotify and the running app), and haven't got anywhere to put my key!

Can anyone recommend decent tops/vests and tell me what you do with your phone and keys?! I don't mind spending a bit, but not a fortune.

Thanks

I have a waterproof armband for my phone (cheap from eBay) as I listen to music on it as I run.
I generally run from my doorstep, so I leave my backdoor key in a plant pot, I am usually only out of the house 45 mins.
If I drive to the woods to run I just take my spare car key (leave house keys in the car) and tie the key to my shoelace (or hoody tie if its cold and I am wearing it.
I am a bit casual!

I have a cheap neoprene waterproof armband for my phone from Amazon. and some Bluetooth headphones. My keys go in my zipped back pocket.

I really like Ronhill bottoms but tops can be a little snug so it's best to try on. They are nice and long though. I've also got some good sportswear from H&M, loose vests, short and and long sleeve tees.

Auspiciouspanda I like the look of some of that Gymshark stuff - do you know if it generally wears big or small? I fancy some of the leggins, I'm a size 8-10 (though generally prefer 10 for gymwear - I don't like being strangled by Lycra) and not sure whether to get the small or medium?

If all else fails, I put my phone on loud in my sports bra and key in other side Grin
