I've just started Couch to 5k (second attempt - I will get past wk 2 this time...) and it's frustrating that my earphones keep falling out. I'm doing it in a gym/treadmill at the moment as it's too muddy outside and I can only run when it's dark (because of work, not for fear of being seen!), so my beanie hat with earphones built in is no good either.
Any recommendations?
