So my plan for the new year was to try and fit in some more exercise again. The last few years I've let it slip too much. I found out last week that I'm pregnant and didn't want to start anything that might not be suitable for my changing body. So I was wondering if there's any fitness dvds aimed at all trimesters of pregnancy that come highly recommended for beginners. I've had a look on amazon but sifting through the mixed reviews is making it difficult to make a decision. I'm happy to try anything but would prefer something lower intensity until my fitness levels increase.
