Pinterest has loads of info graphic exercise routines, loads with kettle bells.

Tjats the one I used as recommended by someone on mumsnet, really good, Paul explains things well, it's a non frenetic DVD and is fairly short!

I also used fitness? By amy on YouTube, she does loads of stuff but also a couple of Kettlebells workouts.

My Xmas present was a 15kg kettlebell!!!

thanks all.

What size kettle bell did you start with?

I'm a fan of Paul Katami too. And I dont mind Jillian Michaels Shred it with Weights, which is kettlebells, though apparently not add technically good as Paul Katami - short though and good for mixing things up. I started with 4kg and quickly moved to 6kg and 8kg. I have weak arms though I think!

I started on 5kg and then went to 10kg. I have been resting recently so will be starting from the beginning again but plan this year is to be able to do 200 kettlebell swings with 15kg.

There are loads of exercises on Youtube, on Kettlebell swings and other exercises where you're using the KB as a dumbbell. Definitely recommend trying a few there!

I got one for Christmas, but it's quite bulky as it's not a cast iron one. Think the cast iron one would have been more versatile as it's smaller. (Mine is 10kgs, and is too big for some exercises.... perfectly fine for swings though).
