No, but I do go to a local bootcamp and would recommend bootcamp in general! It's fun, hard work and we are pushed to do more than we would on our own. I rarely miss mine, whatever the weather, it's one of the best things in my week. Hope you go along and enjoy it.

I used to go. It was awesome. They are quite sociable, although I imagine that possibly varies between locations. There were lots of hot blokes there, that's for sure, mostly in the higher groups, which was an added incentive to get fitter.

Yes! Love it and am totally addicted. Lovely people and I'm fitter than I have ever been in my life. I even do bmf tourism at other parks if I'm out of town. If you like the outdoors over gyms I highly recommend.
