Fitbit Charge 2

Anyone else got the Charge 2 and finding the advertised vibration alarms are so faint as to be worse than useless? So disappointed as this was one of the main reasons I upgraded.

I have it and am not impressed. It's hopeless at step recording. Yes, I miss half the alarms. I preferred the Garmin Vivosmart HR for all the tracking but the Charge 2 is a smaller size and flatter profile on my wrist.
