Need to do some exercise and thinking dvd might be easiest way to fit in. Can anyone recommend a good one?

Fitness Blender has hundreds of free videos created by 2 PTs (Husband and wife), which you can filter to time length, difficulty rating, part of body to be worked, equipment to use etc. You don't really need anything, although a set of hand weights is very useful. I've got 1.5, 3 and 5kg weights sets (just a cheap from Argos or similar) plus an 8kg kettle bell, which work well most of the time.

Otherwise 30 day shred is great for introducing a quick daily workout, which will give results.

When I first started exercising regularly, I used Davina DVDs, which I found really useful just to get my fitness up a bit to where I was confident to go running outside (couch to 5k).

Thank you, will have a look . Definitely don't feel up to outside running at this stage!
