I run a couple of days a week (not far, just 5k ish) which I love but I have a 'knee' which gets grumpy if I do too much more than that. I have just started some strength training a couple of days a week and am generally pretty active on the weekends but do like a bit of cardio so want one more session to replace the run I have to drop.
Ideally I'd swim but my local pools are rubbish in that they have very little public swimming which I can fit around work. I used to love dance based aerobics back in the day so was wondering if any one had any suggestions I can access on YouTube. I'm not a huge fan of Zumba type stuff as I find it a bit harsh on the knee - too twisty I think. Any ideas?
