I'm 2 years post partum and my pelvis still gives me grief. I have been doing pilates since January and things have improved immensely but I get that throbbing ache in my pubis from too much walking, I can't run without feeling the pain for weeks afterwards. Cycling is ok but I don't really enjoy it enough to get out on my own and it's not something I can fit into my day with two little ones.
I want something that's really going to shift pounds.
I'd like to try 30 day shred but is that a waste of time? I don't want to cause myself more problems. I don't know what sort of exercises it entails. My physio is a bit non committal and says I just need to try things until I find something that works for me. But after a few set backs I'm scared. I'm finding it hard to keep the weight down as breastfeeding is tailing off (in first year pp I was slimmest I've ever been but recently my middle is just increasing)
Any suggestions for DVDs/youtube I should try?
