C25K after ELCS

I completed C25K last summer and on my 44th birthday I ran 5k slowly. Then a week later I discovered I was pregnant. Prior to last year, I had been running on and off over the years and the furthest I'd run was 10k but that was a few years ago.

Baby was born by ELCS and is now nearly 7 weeks old. I've recovered quite well but weigh about 12kg more than I did and am desperate to start exercising again!

How soon after ELCS is it feasible to start running again? Bearing in mind it would be short jogs to start with if I start C25K all over again?

I started at 9 weeks post section and am currently 12 weeks post. Doing c25k and ha don't had a problem. Could have started earlier just listen to your body
