My legs look like they've melted, how do I tone them up?

I'm going to be swanning about in a bikini in August, is there anything I can that'll make a difference by then? I do no exercise but have just got a bike and I'm a couple of weeks into a low carb diet. What works?

Walking every day. And not just across the car park to the office.

Getting on your bike and cycling as much as you can, including hills will really tone them.

Does running help? It's my exercise of choice and I too have these melted legs.

It's enough time to try C25k...

My legs always have meat on them, but since I started running they look muscular in a lean and toned way rather than stocky.

Swats, lunges, burpees ... Tortuous exercises but they work

So maybe I should dust off my shred DVDs? I only did it twice but I was oblivious to the state of my legs. I already do a 45 min dog walk every day but it's more of an amble I could try to speed up but it's not easy with my dogs (long dull story).

I suppose I mostly want to know if it'll make a difference in a few weeks if it will that might just give me some motivation.

not sure I understand melted legs, is it cellulite?

if not, then squats and lunges are probably your best bet.

Walking lunges. Do them until you cant walk any morr, as often as you can.

They are absolut killer and i very much have a love/hate relationship with them but they definately work.
