I was out today and was thinking that I am so addicted to the pause button on my Garmin I honestly think I would pause it if I got mugged, or just before I got run over (obviously lighthearted!). How stupid is that?!

if you're doing a race, make an exception and stop it a few seconds after you've crossed the line, otherwise your finish line photo if of you staring at your watch!
