Hi all. I have always had very very tight hamstrings - even as a child I can remind PE etc being tricky because of it. I've recently taken up running and yoga, so am trying to incorporate good stretching into my daily routine but nothing seems to help. I've just had a BUPA health check and the nurse confirmed how tight they were, impairing my flexibility, but didn't suggest anything beyond stretching them.
does anyone have any tips? I would love to feel more flexibility and 'looser' in the leg.
