I'm trying to get fit, need to lose a bit of weight and tone up. I have loads of exercise DVDs from the past but have just spent ages attempting each one and giving up. I'm so uncoordinated and self conscious - I hate dancing in public and can't keep up at all with the routines. I'm after a dvd with a good abs section (not too many press ups and planks) and cardio I can keep up with. Any ideas?
