Currently have the shock absorber but have lost a bust size since training this year so need to invest in new. Any recommendations?

I like the Panache or the Freya. My least favourite is the Berlei, although its comfortable the support isn't enough for running

Can i ask ... are the freya sized the same as normal bras? So for eg if im a 34c would i buy a 34c ?

If you are confident in your bra sizing (if not, do the Bra Guru measure), then yes I wear a 30FF in normal bras and the Freya.

I wear my normal 36GG in my panache and Freya too although I can also manage to fasten a 34H panache sports bra....breathing is for wimps anyway!
