I have recently started running again at the gym using the treadmill and have been doing 10k twice a week and one 5k.
However, today, I noticed on the top of my foot inline from my little tow about halfway from my ankle I have like an extra piece of bone sticking up which is sore when I touch it or when it rubs against my footwear. I tried to run on the treadmill today but had to slow down after 5k as it was hurting.
Any idea what this could be?
