I bought this a couple of years ago, just dusted it off
and I am finding it doable together with working up running on home treadmill.
I have got better at the cardio and arms section. Does anybody find the core section very difficult?
I know Davina has a six pack, but 'twas impossible! No way I could do all those plank things. In this section Jackie was doing the instructions and didn't provide a lower intensity exercise.
Does anybody have her 7 minute fit DVD? If so, I'd like to know how you are finding the abs section.
