low impact non jumpy cardio dvd

some on style and b suggested i posted over here.

i had neighbours and a suspended wood floor. when the kids jump around, the whole house shakes!

can anyone suggest a dvd that doesnt require loads of jumping about?

Have a look for jessica smith on YouTube, her dvds are all low impact so no jumping!

Fitness Blender have free low impact videos on their website.

I've used slim in 6 series before as I've got a dodgy knee that flares up with jumping, but I've got an old version. Here's a link to newer start up routine. There's two other levels and they get a lot more challenging with the resistance band. You can probably find it on eBay.

Bloody hell, the woman has had so much plastic work done...bit off putting compared to the DVDs I have from 2005 (where her face still moves).
