Which class to start with?

Going to start attending an exercise class this week but which one would be best?

Info: had a baby 18weeks ago. Have some lower back problems (pre-existing but not helped with all the bending over/lifting etc)
Do a good amount of walking each week and will probably start c25k soon.

Should I do body pump, legs bums n tums or yoga?

What do you like to do and what are you seeking to achieve?

I don't like dancey cardio type classes so avoid those and tend to focus on strengthening type classes like Pilates or yoga.

I also find a lot depends on the teacher - I've done legs bums and tums classes that are completely different depending on who us teaching. One was very dancey and the other weights based.

Maybe go along and try a few different ones and see what you like?

Oh thank for replying

Now that I think about it probably work on core and work on strength overall.

I would love to do pilates as a class but I can not find an evening class anywhere. (I have a gym membership that has access to like 20 venues).

Hmm I think I should try the body pump.

And maybe find yoga/pilates videos on you tube? Do you think that would work?
