Something like JM 30 Day Shred but without hand weights?

I've been doing 30DS which I'm really enjoying, and is starting to show some results. I'm about to go away for three weeks and can take trainers and gym kit but not any hand weights. Can anyone recommend a programme I can down load onto iPad that is similarly effective but which works without weights? The thing I love about 30DS is that it is so quick to do and can be done anywhere...

Maybe use water bottles instead? Full of sand or earth if water isn't heavy enough.

Ah sand - yes that might work! I didn't think water would be heavy enough but I could experiment with sand, thanks. I do think it's the weights that make a big difference

Have you tried any of her other dvds? There are some which are split into sections so you can pick and choose a few to make a 20 - 25 min work out. Just make sure you change which part of the body you target each time. From memory only a small amount require hand weights.
When I have been in hotels I have tried water bottles and filling with wet sand would be a great idea.
