I'm a new poster here and as I'm getting older have realised that my thighs are becoming increasingly wobbly.
I find exercising at home quite convenient so at the weekend I did 60 bridge exercises, 210 squats (7 types of squat - 30 squat with front kick, 30 squat with knee lift etc) and 30 front and back lunges. I thought I'd done pretty well as it was hard work, took me ages, and I could feel it in my glutes at the time. The next day though I only felt stiff in my hamstrings (from the bridges I presume).
From what I can tell online most people seem to recommend squats at the best glute exercise; but I was wondering if anyone had any other good exercises I could try at home to target the front of my thighs?
