Hello,
My Fitbit hasn't synced since early this afternoon. The device (a Zip) is still counting steps, but the app isn't updating.
I cannot describe what a disaster this feels like, my last four weeks with my new Fitbit have been the healthiest I've had in years 
So, hoping someone knows a fix! I have closed down the app and reopened, turned Bluetooth on and off, and did a phone restart. It keeps telling me to tap the Fitbit to wake it, but it is tapped and awake.
Any ideas?
