hope you are enjoying the lovely sunny weather. I want to buy an arm band for running. i bought a karrimor one from sportsdirect which was 4.99 but it kept slipping off my arm hence was of no use. my arms are about 7 inches in thickness
(fat) but it still slipped off. my mobile is Samsung galaxy S4 n iwould like to keep my house keys in the arm band if possible.. i like to know how much i ran (s health steps counter).. or should i use a waist running bag/ belt please advise.
