I've recently signed up to a new gym and they do mma, Krav Maga and kickboxing classes.
I've always wanted to do some form of martial arts but I'm not very good at remembering detailed moves and routines and these types of martial art are a bit rougher and more brawl-y but seem like I woukd enjoy them!
Just a bit intimidated at the moment as I watched a class and it seems quite brutal, don't know if it was just coz I didn't know what to expect or if it is quite hardcore!
Anyone else try it?
