I've been doing pull up things at home on a bar, it hurts the pads on my hands though. It occurred to me that the grips gymnasts use when they do the parallel bars might help with this as presumably that's what they're designed for. Does anyone have any advice on makes / sizes or anything? I know literally nothing about this
and looking online there is a fair bit of choice and beginner and advanced ones so I'm not really sure what to get.
