I used to run at least 30k a week - and enjoy it too (within reason) but work got hectic a few months ago and training went out the window so I'm now sluggish and totally unmotivated. I find it hard to believe I used to run at least three times a week, I can't rouse myself to do a measly 5 k walk now!! Last year I ran 3 half marathons and had planned the same thise year but have let the first too slide by without even watching them and the third is in 4 months time - help me to get back out there. I can't imagine where I should even begin
