I replaced my Saucony Ride 6 with some Saucony Phoenix. They looked similar and seemed to be a similar shoe. I tend to overpronate and both models are supposed to be good for this.
I wore them for a 5 mile run last night - by the time I finished my knees were aching really badly. It felt to me as if they were forcing my legs into a gait they weren't used to! No discomfort this morning. Should I persevere? Can't really afford to just chuck them unless I really have to. Could they potentially help me run better long term?
