Sports bra and trainers.

I've decided I need to get fit and am going to do the couch to 5k.
Can anyone recommend a good sports bra (or website) and decent trainers?
Thanks

I love my shock absorber bra but I'm big chested and also wear a tight sorts top over it to help reduce bounce.
Trainers wise I started off with a basic pair from a sports shop and figure once I get to the end of c25k I'll know if I want to keep doing it enough to invest big money and I'll have earned a proper pair ( some sports shops have you run on a machine to see your gait ( I think that's what she said!) /what style suits you)

I have got a couple of Freya sports bras that really really work at reducing the bounce. Am a 32GG. They're not pretty, and they make me an odd pointy shape, but nothing moves.

Also have shock absorber. It is slightly more comfortable, and more flattering, but whilst it's good it definitely isn't the bounce stopper that the Freya is.

boobydoo website was the place to order a lot of bras (read the reviews), find which one you like. Pure lime is my favourite for light sport, and something like shock absorber for running.

Trainers: try Sports Direct for a H U G E selection. Karimoor are usually good, go lightweight, anyway. The staff can half-advise.

I wear the Freya active underwired in a 30j and don't feel any movement running or doing exercise videos. I bought it on ebay :)
