...particularly one that focuses on core strength and the back. Go to weekly classes but want to do something in between too. TIA.

I really like Blogilates. The instructor is very California and bouncy but the workouts are really thorough. Lots of options to pick and choose from.

If you go to class can you not just do a routine based on that. I tend to follow up my weekly class with two more sessions, shorter, but based on the class that week or whatever area I think needs action. Plus I get watch/ listen to holby city while I'm busy of the urge takes me.

It changes every week and whilst I remember some of the moves I don't always remember number of repetitions etc.

Hope you like it. I can never remember routines from my classes either. I guess another option would be to buy a book and work some out yourself. Difficult to get it all to flow though.
