I downloaded this app the other day as I fancied having something I can access easily to use for work outs at home. I consider myself fit-ish. I run a few times a week and do a couple of classes plus some pilates. However, with this app you do repetitions of the same exercise for 7.5 minutes which is completely beyond me! I can't even do easy versions of press ups (for example) for 7.5 minutes. Is it just me? Am I less fit than I thought or is that a heck of a long time to do the same exercise? In the classes I go to we tend to do the same thing for 40 seconds to a minute before having a 10 second break and moving on to something else...
