30 day shred question

Hi, I've just finished day 8 of level 1 and am pondering the next step. Do I simply move up to level 2 after day 10, or should I step up and exclusively follow Natalie (currently doing a bit of both) and up my weights to 2kg (currently using 1kg)? For the most part I'm finding it fine (despite having done no exercise for 10 years and putting off starting this for 18 months) although I struggle to complete 1 or 2 of the strength moves - mainly the side lunges. Any thoughts or experiences would be much appreciatedThanks On a side note just wanted to say thanks to all of you on the exercise threads that finally inspired me to take the cellophane off the dvd last Monday - have never felt so motivated Grin

hi. I did the shred in January and I did 10 days on each level then went back to level 1 and alternated each level 3 times a week.
I found I was able to copy Natalie on level 1 more easily after completing the 3 levels and I'm getting better at level 2. still not mastered level 3!

I'm doing 30DS too, have started and stopped a few times but determined to stick at it, how are you getting on?

I've done the 30 day shred a few times now and I love it. It works so well. I'm no expert, but I was in your position too. I copied Natalie (as best I could, it got easier after a while) and moved up to the 2kg weights, then the 3 and worked my way through the levels that way. Worked really well (and then I put it all back on again when i was pregnant with DS2 ??

Queen what diet/food plan did you follow?

HumanLegacy · 27/03/2015 12:12

Have you heard of David Sandoval 10 day transformational cleanse?

WindMeUpAndLetMeGo · 27/03/2015 13:51

No, but it sounds like a gimmick

Thanks for your opinion. But do search in the net Purium. All of their products are non GMO, organic, etc.. You can lose 5-20lbs in 10 days, healthily and effectively. I am just sharing as I have done this myself before.

SoupDragon · 27/03/2015 15:45

Did you join just to share that?

I am just sharing and not trying to sell anything.
