Hi, I've just finished day 8 of level 1 and am pondering the next step. Do I simply move up to level 2 after day 10, or should I step up and exclusively follow Natalie (currently doing a bit of both) and up my weights to 2kg (currently using 1kg)? For the most part I'm finding it fine (despite having done no exercise for 10 years and putting off starting this for 18 months) although I struggle to complete 1 or 2 of the strength moves - mainly the side lunges. Any thoughts or experiences would be much appreciated
On a side note just wanted to say thanks to all of you on the exercise threads that finally inspired me to take the cellophane off the dvd last Monday - have never felt so motivated
