SPD at only five bloody weeks pregnant! I need all the help I can get!

What are your recommendations for super bouncy trainers that might give a little bit of help in my daily shuffle walking to toddler groups etc.?

TIA!

I had spd on my second and it took a long time for it to go away. I still think its what causes my pelvic pain the day after a long run but that I can live with.
I went to a private physio. If you can afford it at all to get started on the right exercises. I personally find skechers to be the most comfy runners. Currently have a pair of memory foam ones but your physio might have more to say on what would be more appropriate footwear.
I hope the spd doesn't get too bad for you

Skechers Go walk are brilliant. Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.
sports direct are about the cheapest I think.

However, I have spd and the only thing which eased it was not walking too much.
