So I'm about to start week 7. Gulp. I'm doing a different one to the NHS programme so tomorrow is the day I have to run 20 minutes solid. Today I ran 15 mins then walked for 3 and ran for a further 5.
I've come up against a mental block. I can't possibly run for 20 minutes without stopping can I ? I managed just fine today but an inner voice keeps telling me I could stop or that something surely must be hurting.
I'm 43, I'm probably half a stone overweight and I'm no exercise nut.
Tell me I can do it ?
