Hi mners I am after some advice please. My DD is going to a kids club tomorrow for an hour so I am going to go to the gym. I have no idea what to do! I'm looking to lose weight and am going to start c25k soon. I have some back/hip problems but generally these days I'm ok.
I am thinking of the cross trainer, bike and treadmill? I would need a proper induction before I go near any weights etc so am wanting to stick to cardio machines. Is the fat burning setting the best one?
I am definitely going to book in a session with a trainer when I get slightly more confidence but need a little bit of initial support please!
