Playlist that will appeal to an over 50s runner

Want to put this together for a friend - she says all the running playlists she reads about don't appeal as she doesn't recognise most of the songs.

Can you suggest some songs?

I like something I know well, usually choral music I have sung, as I only use it for distraction rather than a beat. I run to Carmina Burana, Haydn's Nelson Mass, Mozart's Requiem ...

Your friend might like some Beatles and Stones tracks?

I'm in my 30s and haven't a clue about music, so I've given up on it and listen to pod casts instead. Something like "There's no such thing as a fish" on Sound Cloud is great.
