I am currently TTC and am looking for some recommendations for pregnancy-friendly sports, as my current sports (horse riding and martial arts) will obviously be out.
I also run, which I will carry on (slowly) for as long as I can, but I'd like to do something a bit more interesting as well. Unfortunately, I am not able to swim for health reasons.
I'm looking for something that's closer to jogging than walking in terms of intensity. Any thoughts?
