Will this get me fit/help lose weight?

Have embarked on fitness campaign/diet.

Swimming x 3 per week (med pace breast stroke 1 hour continuos)
1x40 min spin class
1-2 5km (40 mins so jog/fast walk)

I want to lose at least another half stone but actually just get fit. And tone.

Anything else I could/should do? Could probably fit in a lunch time metafit or kettlebellls?

Well done on 4 stone! That's amazing. I'd love to lose another 2 but I can't see it happening. Tbh at 10-10 1/2 stone I feel great, I have boobs and hips aplenty so I look curvy slim which is "me" if that makes sense, and will be into 10/12

I recommend c25k, 3 times a week. The weight will fall off about 1-2lbs a week. You could mix it up with a gentler class like pilates or a swim on days in between. The comic relief 5x50 challenge got me started & lost 2st. Fit at last (& try to keep with it even when the weathers terrible!)

Thanks, I've another 5kg to do and it feels like I'll never get there! I'm like you, I've got big boobs and wide hips and a belly you could trampoline on so I'm never going to be a size 6 and I'm ok with that. I want to get to a very comfortable 10 though. When I started losing weight last year, I had to do it in the evenings, and I taught myself crochet, so I wasn't sitting on the couch eating, so I know what you mean about keeping busy!
