What are the best type of knickers to wear under tight Capri Pants / fitted jogging bottoms to avoid vpl?

I wear M&S no vpl under mine got loads of pairs best ones I have found :)

I usually wear bikini style knickers. Can't do with my pants riding up when I am running. ;)

Also have some M & S brazilian cut pants - they are good at not showing a VPL.

I wear a thong. No riding up if it's already up there!

I don't wear any knickers under my running capris. One less thing to chafe!

No knickers under running stuff. Tena lightest of lightweights Just In Case. DP assures me they pass the touch-your-toes-and-view-from-behind test.

Thanks for the advice. Not sure about commando. Does it really avoid chafing. What about cameltoe?,

I used to go commando, but the seam rode up my bum. So I wear No VPL knickers. I get mine at Asda and Primark.

I'm addicted to those things, now. I wear a lot of tight leggings and skinny jeans, etc., and so I'm wearing them all the time.

Thanks for the advice. Will give each option a try and see which I prefer.

I just wear my usual thong

catsofa · 14/09/2014 20:52

I wear short, sleeveless, lightweight polyester dresses which cover my bum, so I never have to think about it at all.

Have found that most undies ride up and I find thongs uncomfortable.
