I have embarked on a diet and fitness routine. This includes cross trainer, rower, exercise bike, walking and various weight machines in the gym on the lowest setting.
I am not 100% sure - but while i have lost 12.5 inches from all over - I THINK I may have put on 2inches on my arms! (unless the first woman who measured me a month ago measured me wrong. I am now measuring myself)
I do not want to have big muscly arms - assumed I would be toning them not bulking them up....
HELP - how can I get rid of my bingo wings?
